Ordering:
We request information from you on the order form. You must provide contact information (like name and delivery address) and possibly financial information (like credit card number, expiration date).
This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer s orders. If we have trouble in processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with you. We do not store or even see the credit card information, the credit card details are sent directly to our bankers on-line credit card processing facility.
Newsletter:
If you wish to subscribe to our weekly - monthly newsletters, we ask for contact information such as name and email address. This information is held by us and is never passed to a third party. The information can be deleted by you, at any time when we receive an "unsubscribe" email from you.
Security:
This website takes every precaution to protect our user s information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected.
When our order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as name, address), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL.
While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just surfing.
Only staff that have sufficient security clearance are given permission & passwords to access your information.

Also, you may notice the address of the page changes from http:// to https:// . The added -s- represents a secure page/web site.
When you send your credit card details from your computer on our order page, all the information is encrypted. This means the all the information is coded, then decoded when it reaches its destination.
Credit Card Security and wine order information:
Unlike many web sites, WE do not keep or even see your credit card information.
The order is processed in such a way which allows us to keep the order details, the credit card information going directly our bank.
We receive the same information as you, once the order is processed by the bank ... transaction approved & the approval no.
