Wine Order Help:
We hope the points below can assist you with any questions you may have regarding your wine order.

The wines are ordered by the total number of bottles, if you wish, order 1 of each but the total must be equal to 12 bottles (ie in dozens or cases).
Unless you order MULTIPLES OF 12 or your order cannot be processed.
ORDERING:
How to order wine on line
1. Select the product you want to purchase (multiples of 12). The total amount of your purchase will show in the Total inc delivery box.
2. Once you have multiples of 12, click on the checkout button.
3. Fill in your personal details, name, address and phone number or login if you are a returning customer.
4. Follow the prompts.
5. Select how you wish to pay for the wine
o Shop: (collect & pay for wine at Plonk s retail shop)
o Telephone: we will ring you for your credit card details or arrange another suitable form of payment
o Amex, Visa & MasterCard: check the relevant box & enter your current card details below.
NOTE. Please press the "Submit Order" button ONLY ONCE. Processing you credit card on line can sometimes take a few minutes.
o OVER 18: This button must be checked otherwise you cannot proceed with your order.
When you press the Submit Order button - a copy of your order is emailed to us & another to you, confirming the order.
We will then contact you by telephone to confirm your preferred payment details if necessary.
Fax order:
If you wish to fax the order with your credit card details, please print the order form, fill in quantity of wine & prices together with your credit card details, then please fax it to (02) 6260 6337
Telephone order
Either print out the order form or leave it open on your monitor, call our bottle shop -
(02) 6260 6336 during business hours and place your order
