As usual, we added an absolute truckload of fresh Queensland ginger to give a vibrant sweetness along with a deep, green spiciness. Mixing in molasses and dark rum spices for a deep caramel note with a bit of Jamaican-rum inspired funk, think of this beer as a Dark ‘N’ Stormy without the lime. French oak smooths everything out, hiding the alcohol to create a balanced finish that leaves you wanting more.
