We both brewed the exact same beer using the same blend of Australian \u0026amp; UK Hops, with the only difference being local malt, Certified Sustainable Regen malt from Voyager Craft Malt . We used some super cool hops and hops not normally associated with this style including from the UK Oliciana \u0026amp; Harlequin as well as a mix of Galaxy \u0026amp; Eclipse, then fermented out with a super fruity \u0026amp; tropical kviek yeast strain from Ferveo Yeast. The result is really something.
