Hailing from Sutton Montis in Somerset, this variety has a rich history but was almost forgotten, so we’re bringing back the glory days. A rich amber colour with clarity and a fine bead. Delightful aromatics with hints of fresh apple, toffee and caramel. A sweet and weighted palate gives flavours of strawberry jam and candy apple with a strong tannic complexity providing a dry refreshing finish.
