Delivery & Shipping

Where do you ship from?

Our Fyshwick Markets store is the stock hub for all online orders.

What are your shipping timeframes?

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 3pm are dispatched the next business day.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are dispatched on Monday and delivered Tuesday.

We operate a weekday daily dispatch system.

What are you delivery fees?

Delivery fees are based on order value and location:

Free local delivery on orders over $150

$5 flat rate delivery on orders between $50–$150


All other delivery costs are calculated and shown at checkout

Do standard freight rates apply to my area?

Standard freight rates apply to surrounding regional areas including (but not limited to):

Nanima, Springrange, Wallaroo, Burra, Carwoola, Clear Range, Environa, Googong, Greenleigh, Gundaroo, Michelago, Royalla, Sutton, Tharwa, The Angle, The Ridgeway, Tinderry, Top Naas, Tralee, Urila, Wamboin, Williamsdale, Yarrow.

Do you deliver Australia-wide?

Yes, we deliver Australia-wide with the exception of the Northern Territory. All interstate delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout.

Orders & Tracking

How long does order processing take?

Orders placed before 12pm are generally processed within one business day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed during normal business hours. If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you directly.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email from our courier partner with a link to follow your delivery.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

All deliveries require a signature by default. You may leave delivery instructions at checkout, such as authority to leave. If you choose to leave your parcel unattended, Plonk is not responsible for any loss or theft once delivery has been completed.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request photo proof before arranging a replacement or refund.

Pickup & Account Details

Can I collect my order in store?

Yes. Free Click & Collect is available from both our Fyshwick and Belconnen stores during regular opening hours. You’ll receive a processing email when your order is placed and a completion email when it’s ready for pickup. If someone else is collecting your order, please add their name in the special instructions box at checkout.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Each order can only be shipped to one address. If you need items delivered to multiple locations, please place a separate order for each delivery address.
