Introducing Limited Release #180 – our Oaked Imperial Ginger Beer! At Aether, we believe there’s an artist in everyone and use this core belief when approaching a new beer. This month, we stuck to traditional brewing methods to turn our classic Ginger Beerd into a highball cocktail, brimming with sweet and spicy flavour held together by a smooth oaky finish. As usual, we added an absolute truckload of fresh Queensland ginger to give a vibrant sweetness along with a deep, green spiciness. Mixing in molasses and dark rum spices for a deep caramel note with a bit of Jamaican-rum inspired funk, think of this beer as a Dark ‘N’ Stormy without the lime. French oak smooths everything out, hiding the alcohol to create a balanced finish that leaves you wanting more. Add lime or leave it as-is, we hope to inspire your creativity through this beer by treating it as much your canvas as it was ours.
