We were exceptionally lucky to have acquired a fresh Muscat Cask from an acclaimed winemaker (and his creative kids) which we filled with 6 year old Peated Whisky. A further 2 years maturation in the French Oak has produced a delightful sweet, salty and peated Single Malt Whisky ready for your enjoyment. The sweetness of the Muscat is balanced with the rich, earthy and delightfully smoky elements of Bakery Hill peated whisky.

Colour: Hazy Golden Syrup. 

Nose: Rich Coconut, Caramel, Three Dimensional Fruit Salad, Hint of Sweet Smoke, Touch of Mint. 

Palate: Burst of summer fruit, Sweet, Salt Water, Creamy Pavlova, Rich Marmalade, Campfire Cooking. 

Finish: Lingering sweet saltiness, mouth coating richness, long decadent finish.
