Bracket Gambit DIPA

For our first beer of the year we wanted to do something special, so we have teamed up with a crew that knows proper beer glasses and pop culture, Boomstick Glassware. We met with the team down in Melbourne and decided to go with a Nelson Sauvin heavy DIPA in a similar vein to Dealer’s Choice and Winner Takes All. With Ant and Charlie nerding out about the X-Men and their favourite character Gambit, it seemed the perfect name to carry on the theme. A pillowy hazy with Nelson Sauvin up front, supported by Motueka and Rakau. Imagine a blend of Fuzz, Dealer’s Choice and Mot Lobster and you have Gambit.
