Our new year's resolution was to drink more TIPA’s…….wait, what?! No that's a lie, but if this is how we're kicking off 2024 where do we go from here? ⁠Goldilocks Zone is what we’re finding to be our sweet spot for big IPA’s: citrus and stonefruit forward, super hazy and silky smooth. Post ferment the TIPA was already oozing ripe stone fruit so it was only fitting we used most of our remaining Peacharine backed up by some remarkably good Nectaron and of course, it wouldn't be a Bracket beer without Motueka
