Domenica Chenin Blanc

Rich ‘white gold’ in colour. A complex wine, with aromas of lemon zest, lanolin, and baking spices. Perfumed wild jasmine, snow pea tendril, delicate hints of candied peel and lemon curd. There is a nuttiness, with notes of green apple and native blossoms. 

A medium-bodied wine, of great textural interest, with fruit ripeness extending the length. Taut, crisp acid drives the wine and will reward those with the patience to cellar. 

Our first release, a wine of complex flavour and intrigue. Sealed under Diam and wax. Only 700 bottles produced.
