Crafted as a white stout, this unique brew features a blend of pale grain, wheat, and oats. To achieve a velvety smooth texture, lactose has been incorporated into the mix. Steering away from traditional roasted malts of a dark stout, we’ve opted for coffee concentrate from Sprocket Roasters, introducing a rich depth of roasted quality. The infusion of vanilla and cocoa nibs during fermentation imparts the familiar sweet and chocolate essence of a stout that we’re all familiar with.
