A super cool collab with a Stewart Brewing , which is where Jimmy learnt a lot of his brewing skills, the head brewer Craig flew over in Early Jan and we put 2 brews down. We both brewed the exact same beer using the same blend of Australian & UK Hops, with the only difference being local malt, Certified Sustainable Regen malt from Voyager Craft Malt . We used some super cool hops and hops not normally associated with this style including from the UK Oliciana & Harlequin as well as a mix of Galaxy & Eclipse, then fermented out with a super fruity & tropical kviek yeast strain from Ferveo Yeast. The result is really something. Expect Grapefruit, Mango & Passionfruit aromas with a nice clean and slightly sweet flavour profile.
