An Aussie exclusive, Highland Park Mjølner 14 Year Old Cask Strength Single Malt Whisky is a collaboration between the Mjølner restaurant group and Highland Park Distillery. Matured in first-fill Sherry seasoned European Oak and American oak casks and bottled at cask strength, this whisky has dominant spiced fruit cake aromas and flavours throughout, stemming from the sherry casks, along with sweet caramel and vanilla notes and a touch of peaty smoke.
