Hop Nation Funkin Fresh Sour

This epic collab started at our Mornington site - the base beer was brewed using Pilsner malt, oats and wheat, then kettle soured. The fermenting beer was then transported to our original Footscray home and inoculated with our house mixed culture for a four-month secondary fermentation. Finally, we added bucket loads of fruit – a perfectly balanced composition of 45% raspberry, 25% blackberry and 30% banana, topped off with organic Tahitian vanilla beans. You’ll experience layers of funk, fresh acidity and a creamy fruit richness. It’s Funkin’ Fresh!
