Innis and Gunn Caribbean Rum

Innis & Gunn Rum Finish is a Scotch Ale brewed using Crystal, Innis & Gunn Ale, Roasted Barley and Chocolate malts before aging 57 days in rum casks. It pours a deep ruby capped by a fine white head, breathing spicy Christmas scents of cinammon, cardamom, star anis, orange peel, and cloves. There is also a wealth of fruit fragrances. On the tongue Rum Finish demonstrates a perfect harmony of spices, sweet fruits, and rich malts accompanied by aromatic rum, all leading to a warm, soft finish. This Innis & Gunn Scotch Ale is the perfect pairing for game, duck, or strong cheese.
