Irvine Altitude Cabernet Franc

Lifted raspberries and red currants, rosemary, sage and a touch of nougat. Juicy red fruits quickly transition to layers of Mediterranean herbs and green spice. Gently drying, with a mouthwatering, rustic tannin structure that lengthens and carries the palate. 

This wine will sit well with Herb infused dishes like a chicken pie, lamb rack or grilled portobello mushrooms would work well with this wine. Goat cheese, herb infused fetta or even a mild Taleggio would be other options to explore.
