Our Barrel Aged Gin is made by maturing our Dry Gin in a sweet red wine cask, creating a lovely savoury gin with notes of fruit and a hint of woodiness from the barrel. Enjoy it neat to showcase the rich flavours in the spirit, or with tonic and a slice of orange. Botanicals: juniper, coriander seed, cardamon, aniseed, angelica root, lemon myrtle. Matured in a Spanish ex-Tempranillo wine cask.
