East Kent Goldings run quietly in the background while a heavyweight malt bill of Pale Malt, Rolled Oats, Crystal, Chocolate Malt and Roasted Barley load up layers of dark chocolate, espresso, burnt caramel and roast. At 8.6% ABV and only 18 IBU, DARKMODE powers down the display, kills the soundtrack and drops you straight into the void.
