Yes, it’s meant to be a red! Inspiration taken from the northern Italian region of Friuli, being a full skin fermented wine. Light in colour, super textural on the palate. It has a delicious tarryness to it, not too dissimilar to a Barolo (nowhere near as big, so please don’t think it will be) and a sour cherry finish with sexy, savoury tannin that’ll pair well with just about anything…including a big fat cigar.
