Soft and spicy. Beautiful juicy fruit. Refined and elegant with a small amount of whole-bunch. My favourite.
Lots of black pepper and tangy red fruits come through as a burst of flavour across the tight and lean palate. Fragrant and smoky with whole-bunch characters, it is refreshing with almost a crunch to the acidity while the palate is taut with sinewy tannins and a slight green edge to the finish.
