We were lucky enough to once again host our good mate Matt from Fast Fashion over in Seattle who this time brought us a very special gift - Fast Fashion’s very own proprietary hop - named Anchovy.

Don’t let the name fool you as much as it confused brewer Boogie when he tried to return it to our kitchen staff, this isn’t a hop known for a salty, fishy flavour. Despite it’s memorable name, this unique and extremely rare hop is all about watermelon lolly top notes and a piney, earthy undertone.

The name is another gift from Matt. Last time he visited Katoomba, each section of wall was still painted a different colour from its Civic video days and the remnants of Harriet and DJ’s belongings were still evident in the upstairs office’s.
