Pithon-Paille Anjou Cabernet Franc

The grape vines are cultivated in organic farming which has been converted to bio dynamic farming. 

In order to get a gentle extraction of aromas and tannins, grape maceration is soft and smooth. The fermentation takes place in tanks and the aging has been done in neutral French oaks. A drop of sulfur is added before bottling to preserve the purity of the wines.
