Range Daybreak Cali IPA

Range says...

Daybreak is a brand new California style IPA that features a 50/50 mix of US and Aussie hops. Eclipse and Vic Secret shine for the Green and Gold, while Centennial and Citra Cryo fly for the Red, White and Blue. This one pours a beautiful bright straw gold colour that's crystal clear with a white fluffy foam. As always with our Cali style IPAs the upfront bitterness is more restrained than a traditional West Coast, but we get some wonderful hits of pine and orange peel coming through. The body is lean and clean, but still glides through with a bouquet of hop flavours. Pineapple and lychee on the finish with a light bitterness to close out an otherwise ultimately crushable and lightly tropical IPA.
