Ranman Junmai Funaorishi Nama Chozo

Akita Meijo is a legendary sake brewer in Akita with a great reputation of high standard of their products and reasonable prices. This is a Junmai Nama Chozoshu which means it was bottled freshly straight after its brewing process with only one sterilization. So once you open it, a fragrance of fresh rice pops up and comes straight into your nose nicely. It might remind you apple or peach a bit. Very sweet sake with a bit of dryness & acidity. It goes well with Teriyaki sauce.
