Seppeltsfield EC4 Cabernet Shiraz

This “Bench Blend” draws on the strengths of both varieties—Cabernet (53%) for its cassis-laced structure and herbal lift, Shiraz (47%) for dark fruit depth and plushness. Vinified in the historic 1888 Gravity Cellar and matured in French oak (30% new), it’s rich, fleshy, and finely tuned. Bramble berries, bay leaf and dark spice carry across a full-bodied palate, with youthful freshness, silky tannins and balanced acidity. A classic Barossa red with cellaring potential and immediate charm.
