Shapeshifter Blush Native Plum Sour

Pouring a gorgeous pale peach colour, this is a sour ale brewed with native Australian plums. Kakadu plums are a rich source of vitamin C and have a tart green apple flavour, Davidson/Ooray plums are dark purple on the outside, a deep red on the inside and have a sharp, tangy acidity. These fruits both contribute their flavour, colour and acidity to this light and refreshing beer. Expect clean, bright acid and fresh malt notes with fruity apple and pear flavours and a refreshing bitterness to finish.
