For this limited release oat cream IPA we used the newly released Superdelic hop variety, which brings sweet strawberry and candy flavours, alongside Nelson Sauvin added during the yeast biotransformation stage for gooseberry and grapefruit. Fermented with a yeast strain from the Canadian homies at Escarpment Labs, there are also thick layers of mango icecream and stewed apricot. Full bodied and bold, yet fluffy and smooth, this oat cream IPA is an absolute flavour bomb.
