For this double dry hopped IPA we have teamed up with Hop Products Australia who provided us with the best locally grown hops available. We brewed a modern bright IPA and went all in with the dry hop additions - Vic Secret™, Eclipse® and the brand new liquid hop product, SPECTRUM. On the nose there are huge notes of pine, citrus peel and pineapple. The flavours follow with mandarin and passionfruit and finishes with a lovely firm bitterness.
