Seize the Wine! a crafty blend of the major white Rhone varieties all in one, Marsanne, Rossanne and Viognier. A bit of everything going on here; whole bunch pressing, skin contact, barrel and stainless steel ageing on full lees for four months. Showing a mixture of tropical and stone fruit characteristics, fresh and rounded mouthfeel with a long textural finish. A drink now style and best suited for a drinking at a summer BBQ with your almost good friends… But not close enough that you would share a bottle of wine with becasue Carpe Vinum!
