Small Acres Sparkling Perry

A delicate aperitif: Great for a celebration or with light summer dishes. To the traditionalist a Perry is an alcoholic beverage made from pears, not apples and a blend of fresh pears is what you will find in our Perry. 

This is a Methode Traditionelle sparkling cider: 6 months maturing in the bottle (on the Lees) before being hand riddled and disgorged to the sounds of true crime podcasts. 100% fresh pressed pear flavours and aromas with a clean, crisp medium dry finish. 

Bottle fermented and some natural sediment may remain. Serve chilled on any fun occasion or with a pear and walnut salad.
