Stone Dog Interwined

A new taste combination for many people, Red Gum honey and cocoa nibs (chocolate). In a departure from our usual sweet meads, this mead is dry, with the rich taste of bitter chocolate and a slight heat from chipotle chillies. A dry mead, with hints of the Eucalyptus honey combine to give chocolate lovers something unique. Pair with sweet desserts.
