The beer uses Citra, Chinook and Strata to attain those hop aromatics, blasting out sherbet orange, grapefruit, resinous pine, passionfruit and melon. It means there's a fair few flavours vying for your attention but rather impressively they manage to coexist without clashing. The same can be said about the beer’s lean malt base, with touch of biscuit flavour that soon vanishes as those hop-derived flavours and bitterness do what they've been doing in cracking WCIPAs for years.
