Tamburlaine Au Naturel

Pale gold in colour with pink highlights, and lively bubbles. The nose is vibrant with effervescent citrus and pink lady apple aromas, and maybe a touch of fennel seed. More lemony citrus and apple/pear flavours on the palate, and although it is quite dry, the acid is not searing, but well balanced with the richness. A lovely textural mouth-feel coming from the lees contact during making. The finish had decent length with some nutty complexity. A great sparkling option for all occasions.
