Lithe and slippery in the mouth, the fruit deftly weighted and polished. Raspberry, cherry, some spice, mint and floral perfume. It’s medium-bodied, a juicy cherry and raspberry pip flavour, sooty tannin and subtle earthiness, and gee, it’s a convincing wine from front to back.
