Working Title Legally Blonde Belgian Blond Ale

Whoever said Blond is the new Hazy is seriously disturbed. An ancient tradition, with our modern zhuzh. A super pale malt base, topped up with candi sugar, was fermented with Belgian Ardennes yeast from Mogwai Labs. A warm ferment drove ester production with a peppery spice also from the yeast. Complex in its simplicity. All those fruity and tropical esters that you’d expect from this yeast, with a perfectly balanced phenolic character, sweet, full body and dry, drinkable finish.
