Everyone has their tried and true method; a little passed down through generations, a little varied with each individual, a little contemporised by peer pressure. Fold here, tear this bit off, double back score that. But it takes a true champion to keep evolving, no matter the cost. Our most souped up, oat explosion to date sets a huge body framework for ludicrous amounts of NZ Hops. Delicate hop additions on the hot side, were followed by increasing intensities over a TDH, on the cold. A bit of Nelson Sub Zero for aromatic intensity, with the classic double dank combo of Riwaka and Motueka. All supported by the stone fruit compote of Rakau.
