Badlands Grand Guava The Elder

Your grumpy old-man sour face won’t last long when the bright tropical guava flavours lift your mood. We have no idea why a weed native to the UK grows wild on the slopes of Mt Canobolas about 20kms out of Orange, but we are happy that founder Jon spotted a heap of Elderflower bushes on a recent mountain bike ride. The entire brew team spent a lazy late spring morning picking these little beauties! Expect gooseberry & spring flower aromas from the elderflower to sing with the pear and strawberry notes from QLD grown fresh Guava.
