Drop Out is the result of a series of experiments we performed to see how bright (clear) we could get the beer post ferment and still build a thick stable haze. As with Tune In, Drop Out features Freestyles early harvest Motueka (Lot E02) paired with Southern Cross and Mosaic CRYO. Ripe tropical fruits are front and centre, in particular Papaya and Honeydew Melon reminiscent of some of our early 'East Coast IPA' series of hazies.
