Bridge Rd Mayday creek

This ultra-limited release is Bridge Road's unique High Country take on a traditional Belgian Lambic ‘Kriek’.⁠ It began its life in December 2021, when they filled oak barrels with whole cherries in a Beechworth orchard.⁠ The barrels returned to the brewery that afternoon, where they were filled with a golden base beer ahead of an 12-month secondary fermentation.⁠ The resultant beer has a vibrant cherry colour, aroma and flavour and a cleansing sour finish.⁠ This year, it's presented in large-format 750ml bottles.
