Mayday Hills is our barrel and farmhouse beer project. This spontaneously fermented wild ale was aged in oak barrels on grape skins from Sorrenberg’s 2024 harvest. It’s a bright, acid-forward beer with soft, fruit undertones that will continue to evolve with age.
