Canberra Distillery Spiced Rum

Obviously spiced rum is for the adventurer inside all of us, but legend has it that the riders would start their day with a drink of rum before heading out to check their Snowy Mountain cattle runs. An homage to those early settlers who may have had a beard they could tuck into their pants, our Spiced Rum has a sense of adventure and an ability to endure the hardness of the environment. 

Blended through rigorous taste-testing, it begins with the tropical flavours of pineapple and a twist of citrus. Nutmeg and vanilla come galloping along before finishing with chocolate and caramel to add to the complexity. 

Perfect for a slope side fire or a summer picnic. It can be enjoyed straight, on ice with a splash of ginger beer or maybe a little cream for those looking to start their day the Snowy way.
