This single malt is our first Whisky and it has just won a bronze medal at the Australian Distilled Spirits Awards.
Laid down in 2018, exclusively in custom made Pedro Ximenez casks, the caramelisation of the barrels’ sweet sherry flavour results in a rich plum and vanilla profile with a strong oak finish.
