Ester Dry Gin

A quintessential Sydney gin with a spicy character complimented by soft citrus notes. Oscillating between fiery and floral, masculine and feminine. A high yield of juniper, coriander, liquorice root and cardamom spike the gin with a herbaceous intensity which is animated by mandarin, native finger lime and lemon myrtle. The results are a gin that is bold and refined and sits equally well in a martini, G&T or cocktail. Recommended you try it with a fresh bay leaf and a dry tonic.
