Kölsch beer, a style of beer originating in Cologne Germany, is warm fermented with top-fermenting yeast, then conditioned at cold temperatures like a lager. The result is a very special and refreshing beer gaining popularity outside of Germany.

A Kölsch without alcohol would have been anathema not long ago, but the Früh brewery with 100 years of experience has pulled it off with this 0.0% alcohol-free beer.
