For our 3rd Birthday collab with Sailors Grave we’ve put together this absolutely delightful dry hopped Saison. Brewed with pale malt, rye, spelt, oats & raw wheat. We temperature stepped the mash on this one and threw in the zest from a whole stack of locally grown grapefruits and lemons. Dry-hopped with Eclipse its definitely a citrus assault and a super crushable big Saison.
