Jack Rudy Elderflower Tonic Syrup

The Elderflower Tonic is Jack Rudy's updated tonic formula with more body and a bolder finish than their original tonic syrup. Crafted with quinine, elderflower, water, citric acid, sugar, lemongrass and organge peel, this tonic syrup pairs perfectly with a number of richer spirits: tequila, bourbon or rum, while still acting a classic companion to the finer gins of the world.

Because elderberry grows wild throughout Kentucky, the guys at Jack Rudy thought it a natural compliment to their line of mixers. They added organic dried elderflowers to their original recipe, and increased the level of quinine to bring a balance to the final product.
