JC'S Own Stratum Shiraz

Inky black in colour with a very deep black dark red hue. Potent ripe blackberry and liquorice aromas intermingle with dark plum, hints of dark chocolate, vanillin earth and spicy fennel notes. The mouth filling palate is awash with rich blackberry, liquorice and dark chocolate flavours which have an opulent feel. Lurking underneath are dark plum and spicy vanillin earth elements. Polished yet sturdy tannins provide a great framework. Concludes long and powerful with a lavish yet nicely structured aftertaste.

Pressed and aged in cement tank on lees for 10 months
