Kangaroo Island Wild Gin is made from natural native ‘ juniper’ gathered by hand on the island. Produced in small batches in a copper pot still, using vapour distillation. Perfect in cocktails or enjoy neat and allow the true flavour of the botanicals to be experienced. Suggested to try neat with a slice of green apple or a sprigg of lemon thyme.
