Riverbourne Objective #1

The Riverbourne Objective is a blend of three casks, each partially peated to yield a elegant introduction to smoky whisky. Objective see the combining of two ex-Bourbon casks with a French oak barrel. As the peat is around 20% compared to that of Riverbourne's smoke-driven Supremacy single malt whisky, Objective is expressive of underlying citrus, woody tones and both green and red fruit varieties. As the smoky side of the whisky emerges, so does a wonderful liquorice-iodine composition. It's a beautiful whisky!
